Option 1 — Continue with the updated plan

Participants who wish to continue attending the event under the new updated plan do not need to register again.

Since the updated registration fee is now ৳1,000 + ৳20 processing fee and previous regular registrants paid ৳1,400 + ৳30 processing fee, eligible participants will receive a partial refund of:

(৳410 adjusted amount − ৳5 bKash processing fee)

Option 2 — Full cancellation & refund

Participants who no longer wish to attend the event may request a full cancellation and refund.
